It's hard to feel good when your hair is frizzy or flat. I don't ever feel like I look polished unless my hair is done and to be honest, mostly it has to be done by a professional for me to REALLY love it. Add the summer heat and humidity into the mix, and my already lazy attitude towards styling my locks gets even worse. Who wants to spend their time under the heat of blow dryer when it's a million degrees out? Definitely not me. I can barely stand to blow dry my hair on a frigid day in the winter. I usually get bored halfway through and end up with half-curly, half-straight strands that end up destined for a ponytail or a sock bun.
If you're like me and want a few quick and easy ways to keep your locks intact during a heat wave, head on over to Social Moms and read my latest post for some inspiration.
Wishing you many good hair days...

braids and buns are such lifesavers in the humidity!
