Superbowl + Fitness?

It's the big day - Superbowl - otherwise known as a yearly excuse to gorge yourself on nachos, wings and beer.

Before you hunker down for the big game, think back to those resolutions you made on January 1. Are they forgotten or are you on track?

I'm not saying you shouldn't have fun on Super Sunday but if you made any diet or health resolutions try to make it to the gym or out for a run before you partake in the festivities.
