In the winter, sometimes convincing yourself to go the gym or out for a run is difficult. At the end of the workday, it's dark and cold and a glass of wine and TV sound much more appealing that a sweat session.

Whenever I need a jumpstart, I just watch this video. Since it makes my workout seem like nothing, it always gets me going. 

What is your secret to staying on track?

  1. Sometimes I just have to commit to something ahead of time regardless of the -30 weather and see it through instead of being content to sit on my butt and do nothing at home! lol
